When to Buy your home? 

When buying a home many people struggle with the question “ Is now the right time to buy?”

This is not a simple question and factors in many variables such as:

• Can we get pre-approved? 
• Our lease is almost up..
• Our calendar is crazy!
• Prices are only going up
• We need more/less room
• And many more

The most important thing though is that you feel you are ready. This not a decision you want to jump into without a bit of thought nor do you want to consistantly ponder and then wish you would have months ago. 

I recommend making a list of why you want to move and what is keeping you from moving. I find that once your thoughts on paper you can work through them more easily. 

If you decide not to move then keep your original list until the though reemerges and see what has changed from the last time you had this internal struggle. 

If it is clear you are ready to make the leap and purchase your new home then Congratulations!

You just made a hige decisions to start a new chapter of your life. The fun now begins of deciding where you want to live, what you want in your home, and don’t want too. 

Do not let all these choices and options scare you away, take them and embrace them with your thoughts. They are in your control. The journey in finding a new home is half the excitement. You get to explore the web, visit differents house, and then finally claim one as yours.
